The 2B-V-K has two bagel forming columns and is designed for production line mobility. Pulleys at the top and bottom of the frame allow the machine to ride on a monorail system. This design provides for rapid changeover for producing bagels of different sizes in addition to ease of maintenance. Machines positioned side by side will maintain 10" centers between the forming columns.
